Must have a B.S. degree with a major in accounting from an accredited college or university and at least five years in a financial management position. CPA certificate preferred. Prefer experience in compliance with multiple government program standards. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills and evidence of good rapport with personnel at all levels. Must have reliable transportation, current driver?s license, vehicle liability insurance, and good driving record.Responsible for oversight of all finance, accounting and financial reporting activities. The Director of Finance will lead all day to day finance operations of a budget of more than $20 million and supervise a team of 5 staff members including functional responsibility over accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and grants administration. Responsible for examining, analyzing and interpreting the Agency?s accounting records and systems for the purposes of preparing financial statements, installing budgetary and internal controls, approving purchase orders, and issuing payments. Serves as the financial officer and coordinates with all program directors for budgeting and financial data.Position open until filled or sufficient pool of applications are received
